THE REQUIREMENTS
I need something that will import emails from my e-commerce provider, SWREG.
I also need the option of entering the odd non-internet sale. (Regular ol' data entry -
but please make it easy!)
I need to track which product was purchased, and then find how many I've sold.
I need to be able to create email lists by product, so I can send topical newsletters,
and update notices. (I'll use GroupMail to send the emails, but I need to feed GroupMail
the customer email addresses.)
I want to track the sources of my sales, so I'll know how many customers my Google AdWords
campaigns brought me, how many were from regular search results (and which search engine),
how many were from other advertisements, etc.
It would be nice to create lists of customers to bill annually or bi-annually,
for my subscription sales.
A bunch of good reports would be great, but I'm not shooting for the moon. A few decent
reports will do. Graphs and charts would be nice, but I can live without them.
